Judging by the youth of the commentator, the clip looks to have some age. Any idea what became of this enclosed vehicle?

At £50,000 one can imagine. Bit pricey for a human torpedo.

jeremy clarkson looks awfully young in this video.
a little research shows it to be from motorworld which he hosted in 95 and 96.
seems like the bike of the past....

Hello.

The very first of such a design was placed before the public in 1939 at the worlds fair.
Both Cushman Motors and Harley Davidson produced prototypes and both would go on to produce 3 wheelers.

After my recent experiences, the premise of better crash protection looks promising. Now, imagine if somebody like Honda or even Hyosung mass produced an economy version. :agree:
