90% of the time when you find meth in Wyoming you find somebody from out of state working on putting in a change of address
so their mail reaches them through our prison system. I'm not saying there aren't any local folks doing meth but it's not the hot
topic it is in a lot of other places, the jackalopes don't seem to like it much.
