Gamehouse download malware

I downloaded Gamehouse, now can't get rid of it. any suggestions?

looks like I had "texas hold em" in the program listing, and nothing named gamehouse. I supposedly removed "texas hold em", now when I click delete for the gamehouse desktop shortcut it doesn't say it will delete the shortcut only, so maybe I got it?
Am running anti virus/malware to see what comes up.

whatever it was, seems to be gone now.
