The definition is lacking in some requirements:
Big-ass SUV
Cell-phone surgically attached to hand and ear
Water Bottle
Soccer kids
etc.

Oh gawd, I know some other moms like that.
That kind are favorite targets for loud motorcycle pipes.
Hang the phone up and drive, dammit. You're in a car, not a phone booth.
Some of the worst ones I know do not even have kids.
The rest of that word list is worth reading.

I kept the OEM horns on Saphira and added the Stebel as an adjunct. Gud-n-obnoxious!

Oh and if the horn dosnt work. I keep this in the tank bag as well. For lulzy special occasions (used only once on a section of I-95 around Quantico. When Jethro decided I didnt need to be in the lane I was in. The dent in his door now says otherwise!)

I played it until I got to the top level, got the 60K bike that would do over 306MPH and that damn bike took a good 3 miles to slow down and that went by like a flash. Gawd thad was a fun game!
Then I got tired of it.

IF I am not mistaken, if you left it on pause for over 10 minutes, there was a music video that came on. The music was pretty good!

They're not only targets, but damned good justification to be as loud as possible! Like the bumper sticker says, "Loud pipes save lives."
