Well, I had Eddie K7SGJ nice and strong for a while then he disappeared too. Oh well, I guess the propagation gods are not smiling on us tonight. Maybe we've been remiss in our animal sacrifices. Someone go kill a cow and put it up on a big rock or something.

Victor Echo Mike in Key Largo Florida. Calling for anyone but answers no one.
OK, I'm just monitoring now. The YL needs nourishment.

Well it was worth a try. I could barely hear you because of QRN. Then a rather loud static crash and you were gone. Therefor a solid 599+. Oh, never mind, that's only for contests. Maybe we can give it another try tomorrow a little earlier.

I was considering upgrading... Having too much fun on VHF+ right now :) Funny, how once you delve into a particular area of ham radio, it seems like there's an entire world you didn't know about before :D

Man, I love this hobby. Seriously.

PS Kelli, I know I still owe you a power supply and fan dipole.

You doing VHF DX stuff? I'm really interested in that but I don't have an all-mode VHF radio. It's on the short list but I think it's more important to upgrade my antenna systems first.

Nah, nothing that grand yet :) Delving into VHF/UHF/SHF packet. It's a huge world out there I'm learning about. And, I thought I had networking stuff downpat

VHF DX'ing is my next one, trying to set up the best, reliable paths between point A and point B.

If I upgrade, you have to :p

And on the power supply and dipole... No biggie I'm sure we'll catch up. Ya don't owe me anything, you nicely offered it to me :)
