Hello.

The South Texas area has had massive rainfall this past year.
But it has also been warmer.
Is global warming/cooling kicking in?

Hello
It is acid rain from clouds that were seeded by the black helicopters flying overhead.

depends if it's warming or cooling.

Hello

It depends on what the black helicopters want us to think.

What are the leaves doing? Seen pronounced acorn falls? How about your neighborhood alley cats and stray dogs - are they starting to puff up more than usual?

The Farmer's Almanac is predicting a strong La Nina for this winter. Meaning that the midwest will be snowy, the east coast not so much...and the south and southwest areas of the country are going to see higher than average rainfall totals.

The self deprecating "it may not be long, but it sure is skinny" works for good 'ol "fly" white guys.

Seen pronounced acorn falls?

Maybe felt a few of the bigger ones?

We could use a bit more rain right now. I'm getting tired of leaving work
smelling like a well used fireplace overdue for a good sweeping.

The rain would help contain/extinguish the fires and just as importantly
would take the ash and smoke out of the air.

Besides, another started up north that they can go play with. Out with the old, in with the new.

I did have to laugh this morning. A guy told me that his brother who lives back east said one of the theories of how this fire started was that a hiker got lost and started a signal fire which burned out of control. Sounds reasonable until you realize that where this one started would be more like camping in your backyard than wilderness. You could trip and fall and land in town.

I was working at Brookhardts Lumber in Woodland Park when the Hayman Fire was raging... wore face masks a lot of days.

I thought about that but this ugly face comes in mighty handy uncovered for running the transients off.

Anywhere but Texas. Why, everyone would drown if that were so. I mean, where do you think that water will go while they stick their heads in the ground??
