FF Help!

I don't know how I did this but FF is opening links in a new instance of FF instead of a new tab.
How to I put it back to opening links in a new tab?

Tools menu, Options.
Tabs.
Check the first option (Open in new tab).

That's in 3.6.8, anyway.
