Oh, dear Lord.

This has to be a gag, right? (The spelling, or lack thereof, and the phrasing)

The family tree would appear to be all trunk. :wallOr as the late Rodney Dangerfield used to say, "I looked up my family tree and found out I was the sap!"

Yeah.

Meanwhile, an old friend of ours posts this about that place:

Here people are respectful and the mods take their job seriously, I can attest to that.

You're forgetting about the other lulzy forum, Radioreference where they discuss coaxing wire and I was the only one who asked what he was trying to coax wire to do or why it needs to be coaxed to do anything.

I don't know...seems pretty par for the course. The course being 75m, and par being 60-70 IQ range.

On another forum, there was a similar looking post. Someone went non linear on the new poster. Turns out it was a lady from Russia that had just moved to Isreal. She was fluent in 5 languages, and was learning English. :slap:
That may not be the case here. I get that. I have a DOSY watts meter somewhere in the attic. It works, and I bought it for a dollar at a garage sale. If I can find it he is welcome to it.

Moran? He's related to 9N1MM(SK)?

All kidding aside... remember, they'll let anyone get a license these days, any license. This guy is proof.

When I first started to post on the internet I was called on the carpet by the other posters on several sites for my spelling and grammar, one even took me to task on my punctuation and lack of paragraphs.

After that I started typing everything into my word processor and doing spelling and grammar checks on all my posts.

This has helped a lot even though I have since dehonkeled the grammar checking ability. It seems I don’t talk like it likes so,… smeg it.

Still there are some words that sound the same like witch and which and if you don’t know the difference the spell checker is fine with it.

One 9 lander on a different ham radio site even took the time to totally rewrite my entire post with proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure with all the paragraphs anyone would ever want to see.

No one bothered to jump on them like a certain moderator on that site does now. I took it as constructive criticism and moved on.

I do OK with writing and all that, but I don't care if others don't.

It's like folk art... whimsical.

You better hope Abert doesn't read that post.
