ht 2/440 small antenna

well. after having to fix the BNC on this dj580. im thinking the antenna is just to damn long for this thing to properly handle.

anyone got any good ideas for a dual band 2/440 small ht antenna. w/ bnc prefer 6inches or less long.

The stock one is around 4" long. What's on there now?
