I'm thinking we should try 40 meters tonight.
Any takers?

Sounds good to me.

I have a '940 apart on the bench for mods at the moment - if I get the thing finished I'll use it. Else I'll try the FT-901.

I would like to try and get some reports on my FT-107 audio if you guy's put this together. My 897 is on the fritz right now. :(
7PM central I presume?

Just trying to get this old neglected rig going...must have a relay sticking, it's slow switching back to receive after transmitting.
Ack! Both my Yaesu's are having problems!

The SW stations were supposed to clear out below 7200.
Supposed to...I still hear a few on occasion.

Well, our latest local Hamster is on the air now on the .145. His name is Harrison, and he's 10. KD0KNE I think it is. Nice kid, he's asking neat questions. I may have to say howdy.

So maybe we should wait about the knobs. :D Simplex or SSB? I'm running the IC-251 so I'm kinda QRP now, we yakked when I had the FT-857 in the house instead of the car.

I'd need to pull the FT-857 from the car, or hook up the Pegasus to get on 60m Bunneh. Sorry I'm not setup, but that's a band I enjoy from time to time. Need to get the station changes finished, but I've been skiing and motorcycling, for an excuse!

Sorry, distracted with a phone call. I have to work in about 6 hours, need to sleep.

But we will try... and sorry, I'm a lowly General, Suh!
CW or digital would sure help with bad S/N ratios.
