One of them has something shaking inside, so I'm guessing no good.

Anyone have any experience with them and warranty return?

I haven't opened it yet because it's DOA and I want them to replace it, but I am suspecting that the gas discharge unit was broken in transit.

Where can I get one? Will an ordinary neon bulb work?

Its new right? If so, I would send it back for replacement unopened.

If UPS sent, covered for up to $100.

I'm going to send it back, but was curious as to what experiences anyone here has.

I was also curious as to whether it would even be worth the postage cost if I could just fix it myself...

They told me don't bother sending back the old one, just throw it out (yeah right...)

Well, I would prefer you had bought a Polyphaser - but something is better than nothing. :D
