Where can I find 6LQ6's cheap?

Everywhere seems to be $50+ a pop, unless I'm buying used from RF Parts and it's $21 a pop.

I know sweep tubes are hard to find, but is there any hope at all?

This is for an amp that a friend in 9Y built.

It's still $60. Oh well.

Here ya go, but you'll have to be fast:

Had no idea these were so expensive. I've been paying around $30 apiece for 6JB6's for the Drakes.

In a pinch you can plug in 6V6's , but at a power loss.

Dang.

I had over a dozen used ones a few months ago. Sold them on Ebay for way too much money.

If I still had them I would have given them to you.

Thanks for the consideration. I'd have still paid you however. It's only fair and these are for a friend.
