I receved today a card from Ham X (name concealed to protect the guilty) he is not realy in my log becuase he was interferring dliberately or not) in teh QSO I was involved in he sent a card an sase (he is couty hunting and I Guess there are not that many hams heard out there from houghton county I have had online dealing with Ham x in which I have asked thim to avoid me on the air.
Does anybody realy think I owe this person the coutesy of a QSL card
No way !
If you live in a rare area, he should have been patient and
waited until you were done. If he was QRMing your ongoing
conversation, I would make mention of that and send it back
with his SASE, if no SASE , I would write the idiot off.

I would say YES, you need to give him a QSL, but you say he has been an ass, sending a card back does not mean that the details need to be correct. You can always return it saying that he was not in the log. I guess it all depends on if it is worth a buck to have some fun.
