anyone here play with it?
i got it installed now. looks nice, KDE4 seems to work better then on Kubuntu 8.10 only thing i have noticed is wifi under ndiswrapper seems slow.
Got it downloading now. Haven't played with a new OS for a while so I figured what the heck. I have used PCLinuxOS for several years now, that is largely based on Mandrake/Mandriva IIRC. Used to download and try different distros all the time just for fun. About the only mainstream one I didn't really care for was Ubuntu and that seems all the rage now. Guess I am just a strange duck.
Quack.
BTW I have Knoppix installed on my old IBM thinkpad. It was the only thing that seemed to work well on it.

Its really good. I have it running on a box at home.
I really hope Linode will add it to the ones available. I'm still running Mandrake 9.1 on there because they haven't made it available yet. I'm hoping they do so soon, they probably will since I'm not the only one who has requested it.
I've been a fan of them since they were basically RedHat enhanced.
I just downloaded a CD and maybe I'll try this on my laptop when I get home.

ndiswrapper? Why are you using that, doesnt it have native drivers?
That may be why it's laggy.
