10-4 good buddy?
And it looks like it's been there for a while too!
I wonder how many other *ahem* listings like that there are?

Aren't callsign listings moderated? Would someone have to [at least attempt to] verify the info? :-?
I don't know, but I know I can add DX callsigns and I'm not a moderator. I do it all the time for the "DX helpers" section.
I think all "Ham members" except wet behind the ears newbies can add DX calls.
The guy might be a shortwave listener.
I know whenever I'm active in some major contest, I get cards from SWL's with calls like that, usually from Euro.

I certainly don't think it's an SWL!
"AT" is Alfa Tango.
And they usually QSL via Alfa Tango HQ.
I can be 99% sure this is an Alfa Tango callsign!

It would be more appropriate to give them Alfa HOTEL callsigns.
HAW!!!
But don't look now... It's going.... going....
