Aren't callsign listings moderated? Would someone have to [at least attempt to] verify the info? :-?

I don't know, but I know I can add DX callsigns and I'm not a moderator. I do it all the time for the "DX helpers" section.

I think all "Ham members" except wet behind the ears newbies can add DX calls.

The guy might be a shortwave listener.

I know whenever I'm active in some major contest, I get cards from SWL's with calls like that, usually from Euro.

"AT" is Alfa Tango.

And they usually QSL via Alfa Tango HQ.

I can be 99% sure this is an Alfa Tango callsign!

It would be more appropriate to give them Alfa HOTEL callsigns.
