This is a "salt and vinegar" style chicken. It makes a lot (4-5 lbs chicken), so cut it in half if you're not having friends over.

Stir: 3 eggs
1/2 cup salt
3-4 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp pepper

Whip in 2 cups oil
whip in 1 quart white vinegar

Marinate chicken overnight in this concoction.

BBQ chicken over low heat (250 - 275) for 2 - 3 hours turning occasionally (a smoker works best, a grill will flame up and get too hot)

This is some good stuff
