View Full Version : Welsh Spaghetti Carbonara
When making your Spaghetti Carbonara, try using some yoghurt instead of cream and some Caerphilly cheese instead of whatever fatty cheese you'd normally use. Add some chopped leeks (as well as your chopped ham). It has a much sharper taste and is less fattening. Caerphilly cheese may be hard to obtain but any pale, crumbly cheese with a sharp taste would do as a substitute.
