Bickfords was the restaurant that came up with these here in Brooklyn.
Easy to make, tasty to eat and can be a good breakfast.
1 Can of sliced Pineapples
1/4-1/2 lb of American Cheese
1 lb of bacon
Bread
Condiments (mayonnaise, etc.)
Cook bacon until done in frying pan. Put 3 or 4 strips of bacon on each slice, topped with American cheese (1 or 2 slices), and top that with a slice of pineapple. Either Microwave the sandwich for 30 seconds or toast under low heat in a clean greased pan warm until cheese is soft.
Add mayonnaise to taste and enjoy.
