I have several non-working computer monitors I need to dispose of. I don't have the time or desire to fix any more of them, and I really need the room they are taking up. I am asking 10 bucks apiece (mostly for packing supplies) and actual shipping. They are free to local pickup. Off hand, I don't have the symptoms for each one, but as I recall, the are mostly just dead. A few may power up and then die. I will be glad to spark up whatever you are interested in, and let you know the symptoms. I can also send photos so you can evaluate the physical condition. I don't believe any have LCD scratches or cabinet damage, but can verify that when checking them out.
The Models are
2- HP L1925 19"
1- Dell 1905FP 19"
1-Viewsonic VP2130b 21.3"
1- Dell 1907FPt 19"
1- Dell 1704FPt 17"
1- Viewsonic VLCDS26105-4w 18"
Cables or other accys are not included. The ones I have fixed in the past were usually PS issues, and parts are fairly generic. Schematics may be around on the web, but if you have a few tools, common test equipment, some basic troubleshooting skills, and a little time, you probably won't need them. After being in the service sector for almost 50 yrs, I would now rather woodwork, get on the air, and do other things I enjoy.
This offer is only good for Islanders, first come first serve. Anything you guys and gals don't want, goes to Goodwill.
I will be posting other stuff as I muck out the trains.
