a friend of mine passed this on to me and I thought I would share.

2 cans large biscuits...if they make them with cheese in them, get those.
1 jar or can of chili.(you can preheat the chili to make sure it's hot enough)
1 pk sharp cheddar cheese
a muffin tin-kind of a big one.

take the biscuits and roll them sort of flat...put into the muffin tin so that it forms a bowl...make sure you have an ample edge on the muffin sticking out of the tin.
Toss in a little cheese.
Spoon in the chili making sure to leave enough room on top for more cheese and the top crust.
Take another flat biscuit and cover the chili biscuit...press the sides of both biscuits together like a pie crust...sprinkle a little cheese on top. Bake like the biscuit directions say... let them cool for a bit, pop them out of the tin and you've got a little chili biscuit.

You can also make Sausage Gravy biscuits in the same manner.

My wife makes a similar dish using Crescent Rolls and stuffs them with ground beef or chicken and shredded cheese. Excellent!
