Technical Mumbo Jumbo

I wanted to post a PDF on the internet, but have not figured out how to do that.

I wrote a paper for those who are interested to read. It is either all about what is wrong with the Neocons, or else about properly matching crystal oscillators to the IC.

I think that the Neocon movement is against the proliferation of crystals. They want to promote MEMS and ceramic resonators. They think the whole crystal thing is a liberal movement deal and wish to remove it from the face of the earth.

Well, I have already said way too much.
