I got a bottle of Verte Suisse 65 from these guys.
From what I can find, these guys are the only ones making it like it used to be made.

It is VERY good, and no hangover.
Give it a try, you might like it.
£55 is a great price for 75cl...... I wonder when they will have some more in?

I thought that stuff was illegal since 1910 or something. Made from wormwood which is somewhat poisinous.

Yeah, I was noticing that as well.
They do have the half liters though, and at 132 proof that should be enough I would think. 8)

No guts, no glory and yarp, 38 quid a 1/2 liter is not bad at all...... ;)

It's only illegal because the wine industry was losing share to it and went after it the same way the US went after Marijuana.
And it's only listed as illegal to sell, possession is not a crime.
Wormwood IS poisonous to a degree, but not in these low amounts.
You get more thujone from Pesto than a good Absinthe buzz.
All in all nicotine is worse.

Yeah, the stuff is quite popular again.
