Your claims in the truck driver's thread against Audie and myself are both untrue and quite disturbing. I find the attacks against the looney's mother both repulsive and disgusting. I will thank you to reread what you saw on Hamsexy and what you have written on the trucker's thread here and issue an apology to both Audie and myself.

It is pure imaginative bull crap and assumptions that 'friends' like you have written there that make me wonder why I participate in any forums anywhere at all. You, sir, have gone WAY over the top this time.

No, neither of you did, Tom. I didn't intend to insinuate that you had.

If either of you received that from my post, then I sincerely apologize.

I attempted to point out that the same thing was happening to the other dude elsewhere, and nobody had the 'nads to pound the guy doing it. What happened there and on the zed appears to be acceptable.

I regret that holding to my values has been so misconstrued, and taken out of context. It was never my intent to anger either of you, nor start this nightmare of an argument. What else would you have me do here to rectify this?

Not up on who shot John here, or who said what, I will give this general comment.

Attacking someone's mother is unacceptable - under any circumstances. Moreover is shows a fundamental lack of respect or, for that matter, decency. I can't think of any situation where it would be appropriate, not even in jokes.

Regardless or how good or bad a mother is, she still gave you life.

All this stink over cowardly internet goons who bring the family members of those they disagree with into a debate. That's another inherent weakness of internet forums ... they allow sniveling little cowards to do such things with impunity.

I re-read my post that upset Tom and Audie so ... and I cannot disagree with them for interpreting the post as they did. I worded what I wanted to say very poorly, and it is easy to interpret that I directed blame towards them. That was definitely not my intention, and again I apologize.

Audie, obviously you haven't seen the post there that I refer to, because the moderators there have removed nothing, and the posts remain. I posted a reply, my only post there, and it should be easy to locate if you wish to do so. I have little doubt that the keyboard heroes will make a big stink about it.

The written word - once let lose can never be retracted. I am sure that ALL of us have, from time to time, posted, written, or even said something that we wished we had not. I surely have in the past and will (unfortunately) be guilty of the same mistake in the future - because none of us is perfect.

None of us have always read through every item we have ever written only to later wish we had said or phrased it differently for clarity, after the deed was done.
