On the video machine Luke put together - I reformated the drive to get rid of the QT issues and installed Windoz Vista 32 Bit.
Now, all my video programs are as or more hoggy as Windoz.
Would it do any good, from a practical sense, to upgrade from 4 to 8 GB of RAM>?

Depends on the mother board, does it support 8GB? Does the version of vista support 8GB?

The MB does ... and the OS is Vista Ultimate.
I think Tony is pondering if it's cost effective to do so. The machine is incredibly fast as it is now. I just added 2 each 1 TB (insane!) Hitachi SATA's to it!
