Just got a call from someone in the club that hosted the hamfest I attended this morning. Seems that I won 3rd Prize... an Ameritron RCS 8V 5 position remote antenna switch.
This sounds like a great item for someone who can't or won't make multiple coax runs, or wants to switch between multiple antennas on a tower, and so forth. I'm just not sure I have a practical use for it right now.
Anyone up for a trade, or would like to buy it outright? (List price on the website is $169.95, retail seems to be about $20 - 25 less depending on the dealer)
